Shipping

All of our products are handmade and made to order. The lead time for manufacturing an order is 7-12 weeks. The lead time might be affected by the holiday seasons in December/January and August.

We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Time

EU countries: 2-5 business days

Non-EU countries: 2-8 business days

 

We offer several delivery options depending on your location. Enter your preferred delivery address at the checkout and select a delivery option. ​

 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link.

 

We may inform you of the expected delivery time and any delays by email.

If you discover any clear damage to the packaging upon receipt of delivery, please report this to the shipping provider immediately and contact us at mail@nelsondearaujodesign.com.

Returns

Unfortunately, made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time until the point we have sent you an order confirmation. To cancel your order, please send us an email with your request and order number to mail@nelsondearaujodesign.com

Defects

We offer a 5-year warranty on all of our furniture from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects which appear within the warranty period, excluding non-conformity due to maltreatment, abnormal use, wear and tear or accidents that do not qualify as manufacturing defects. You must notify us of the defect within reasonable time from when you became aware, or should have become aware, of the defect.

You may exercise your right of warranty by sending us an email to mail@nelsondearaujodesign.com. We examine all returned goods and determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If we determine that it is a manufacturing defect covered by warranty, we will offer you one of the following solutions, at no cost to you: (i) a repair, (ii) a replacement of the good in part or full, or (iii) a refund. If you have returned the item(s) to us, and we determine that the defect is not a manufacturing defect and it is not covered by warranty, you agree that we may charge you the shipping fee to send the item(s) back to you.
